Easy Order: St Austell Brewery

Worked. Wait times for food and not being asked relentlessly for a review would make it 5stars.

Not a bad star, but the app needs to remove the promotions from the final price BEFORE you confirm the order. It was not clear if the discounts would be removed so we failed to complete the purchase, so we went to the bar and the bar staff did not know how to use it either! Worked better the second time but I am waiting for my order. Oh the kids drink has turned up as if by magic.

We had been waiting due to the restaurant being busy for over 15 mins. I saw there was a new app so I downloaded it. My wife was not happy with the slow service. Then a glass of wine was delivered within five mins of me ordering on the app Worked very well for a first time.

Very poor recently, long queues at bar but once you overcome the poor advert on that app and found it via st st Austell breweries then it worked ok Once app was working very quick justbontoal set up was very poor

Love it when you can get a table and they bring your food and drinks to you
