E-PASS Toll App

I’ve had E-PASS for 25 years - love it. You guys were VERY late to App Store, but thank you for FINALLY getting with the times. As far as the app goes, you’re the only app that ditches my login info after an update. Please stop doing this. It’s frustrating to have to re-enter this info each time you release an update.

I’m a resident of central Florida. Previously, I use to go to website for checking balance and reload my account which used to take time. This app lets me do the same with less than a min. Thank you E-PASS.

Look at other tolling apps across the nation and you'll clearly see a lack of design thinking and putting users first. This app is simple yet offers so much value.

ask user to change the rating

This app worked great until the update on October20th. Now does not work for me. Tried to leave a comment thru App Store. Was told comment was invalid by system, called number which is the general call center, not tech support and was told to fix it I would have to reset my online account. No thank you this makes the app more trouble than its worth. I’m deleting it now.

Used to work great but recently when I go to add funds, I choose “other” for the amount, type in the amount and them click “done,” but the button doesn’t work. Please fix.
