Until about 2 weeks ago I could always pay my utility bill no issue. Then one day I keep getting an error message saying that the app is undergoing “maintenance “ and it should be back soon. How does it take 2 weeks to work on an app people use to pay their bills?

This app is useless. The payment features don’t work or freeze up often. The online version is pretty garbage as well. The worst part is that there is not technical support for the app, they list the customer service as the same customer service line for the City of Tallahassee, which means that there is no real support for users of any of their applications. Extremely disappointed by this.

I got the app to make paying the utility bill easier, but that failed. The app almost never loads my bill, so it won’t allow me to pay, and when you call to talk to them about it they just say to click the link in their emails...so what’s the point of the app?!

I use it every month and never have any problems. I appreciate not having to mail the bill in.

This used to be a simple app which allows to pay my bill. It used to take a couple of clicks to do that. Not anymore! It took several attempts to submit payment and! It showed confirmation that payment WAS submitted. Whereas in fact it was NOT. So if I did not check I would incurred late fees!!! Whoever wrote this app should be ashamed!!!
