This is by far a must have app when you live in China. Anything and everything can be found and delivered to your door- food, medicine, big water jugs. Its super helpful when you cant get out of bed and you are out of medicine. The only problem is that you need a Chinese bank account for it to work, and some restaurants take FOREVER to accept your order, but you can easily cancel and get your money back! A must have app!

Has allowed for many restaurants to vote in their favor & reject my complaint where my food was never delivered, parts of my food was never delivered, or there was something in my food. And when I have complained the restaurant always rejects and then there is nothing that can be done. So they can steal from me and I can’t do anything about it. And the one time I did get a refund I can’t do anything with the balance because it doesn’t accept my name. This is a horrible app. Either get the food yourself or choose a different app. This one is a waste of time.

This is one of the most convenient perks of living in China - have practically anything delivered to you, within an hour. App is easy to use (even for expats) and makes life so much easier!

American living and working in Shanghai. If you want delivery there are more options here than the competitors and the delivery guys are 10x nicer and better at their jobs.
