I bought this with the hope that it’d give me great analysis and instructions to help my swing become consistent. It’s feast or famine for me. Instead, I get a teaser. The sensors link, the app works, but the review section (which is the reason nearly all of us buy this product) is VERY weak. The user interface is less than intuitive, the help guide is useless regarding using the app other than. For set up, and the videos don’t work. Most importantly, in the performance section, clicking on a swing gives you ‘thumb up’/‘thumb down’ with a green/red icon for address, top, downswing, and impact, at the top of the screen. But, at the bottom of the screen, tapping on ‘club face angle’ or ‘hip sway’, and when you do, the section at the to_ changes and you ca no longer tell which of the four sections at the top are associated with your swing! What does that mean? So, I give it a 5 for user interface and a -1 for user experience. You are so close to having a great product, but as with anything, the job isn’t complete until the paperwork is done.

I got this device/app 6 months ago and it worked great on my phone, but wouldn’t connect on my iPad. I got their Gen i1 putting ball and it was dead. I got another one and same problem. I spent 4 months trying to resolve with support, getting a positive response followed by negative, then positive, then ghosted for 2 months. Now this device, DuoTrac, is getting the same Net Error on iPhone and iPad and there is no support to tell me what’s going on. I suspect that the company, and their server are shut down and that’s why their is no connection!!

Since it has two sensors I thought it was going to give me feedback on how open my hips were at impact. It doesn’t say anything! It only gives you good or bad. I can not open my hips at impact and that is why I bought it. Guess what. It says I’m ok. Needs more software development to make the investment worth it

Product does not work on my iPhone XR. Tried calling left multiple voice messages also emailed support never got a response. Used since 2017 now essentially cannot use the product without support.

App says server not found. Sensor and app is now useless. This app should be removed from the store.
