I have to go into my WiFi networks on my phone and connect to each light separately, go back into the app, set the color or effect, then go back into WiFi and connect to a different light, go back into the app, so on and so forth. This makes it impossible to set an effect across multiple lights in a row. Regretting buying 8 of these lights. Can't possibly use these on a professional set, as it would just slow my whole day down. Will you ever fix the app? Are you listening to your users? Embarrassing.

I’m trying, god I’m trying REALLY hard to like and use this app. I’ve looked for support everywhere online but every video seems to have a different version of the app and I cannot find any support for this version. I’ve tried on different devices and nothing works, this app is incredibly frustrating to use. It’s to the point that every thing digital Sputnik has shown for this light has been false advertising. I would love for them to change my mind.

Digital Sputnik, are you listening??? This app is complete crap. In theory it’s great. In practice, it just doesn’t work. I’m a working DP and this is just not acceptable for professional gear. The lights are great. Output could be better, but I bought a few for shooting car interiors where output should be fine, with the idea I’d buy more if they were good. But without a functional app, you have rendered good lights practically useless. App crashes when I try to detect lamps, it takes 2, 3, sometimes 4 attempts to make simple adjustments. Instruction and support is practically nonexistent. So you’re costing yourselves more business until you fix this app... unless you’ve decided to dead end and discontinue these lights, FIX IT PLEASE!!!

Having a hard time figuring the app out unfortunately. I’m sure it works if you know how but the learning curve is to steep and haven’t found any tutorials that simplify either. I have 8 nice white lights I use to daily light my kitchen. Would be fun to use them on set though.

I’m an early adopter of the Digital Sputnik Voyagers. This app needs to be reworked and made more efficient. I’m not sure if it’s the limitations of using WiFi to connect the device to your phone, but it’s very unstable. The time it takes to make simple adjustments to color and intensity takes far too long. Before I can use these in a high paced lighting situation where on the fly adjustments are required, it needs to be more fluid and snappier. Trying to use the highly promoted photo feature to detect your lights in a given space, is sure fire way to crash the app. For these impressive lights to work in a professional setting, the app needs to be made easier to use and more reliable.
