I deposited $200 since it was “Recommended” and I would get up to $200 in bonus money. After I didn’t see the bonus kick it in and lost the $200, I didn’t see any bonus money kick in. I reached out to DK customer service to ask why. Their response was that they match the first bet win/lose. I asked why I didn’t get the $100 I bet on my first bet and I was told that I received the bonus on 8/22. I wasn’t able to deposit anything until October since cards weren’t working (at least mine wasn’t)...strange. I checked my statement and my first deposit in the Sportsbook was on 10/11. I asked them to send me a statement and they have yet to respond. SugarHouse and FanDuel honored their bonus with no issues. If DK is doing this for a bonus, I certainly don’t trust them sending me a check if I were to cash out. I suggest using a different sports app.

This app is good if you plan on never ever reaching customer service or having any issues with the app. However if you ever need to reach customer service there is a huge issue. There is no phone number so you have to email them. Takes 1-5 days for them to answer or they ignore you. Most times they don’t understand or don’t know their own app well enough to answer your questions. If there is a significant issue they have zero idea of what is going on. They offered an nfl parlay insurance promotion. If you lose 1 leg of a 4 leg parlay you will be credited as long it is not a teaser. I made parlay wagers as did my dad using the alternate spreads. We never used teasers and were credited the first 2 times the promotion came out. Then all of a sudden they didn’t credit us and said teasers don’t apply. We didn’t use teasers we were just smart enough to use all their app offers. They have no idea the bet we used and I’ve spent days trying to contact them and explain. Save yourself the hassle and do not use this app. You will eventually get money randomly taken from your account, not get a pay out or some other issue. Then you will spend weeks trying to explain to them their own system to eventually get screwed. Use another sportsbook. Or else you will just regret the hassle.

Love the app when it’s comes to just betting but the “deposit bonus” they offer is complete bs. I’ve still never seen any type of a useable bonus for any of my deposits. Also the withdrawal options are a total joke. If you want to deposit money you can do it within seconds from your bank account or debt/credit card.... but when withdrawing you can’t cannot put the money back in bank account or on your debt/credit card. Instead you can do a special prepaid card, PayPal, or a check. All of those options taking several days if not weeks to get the money back. DK has so issues at all taking the money from your account immediately but when you want to get some back it’s going to be very complicated and take a while. I had a buddy do the PayPal option and DK made him make a deposit from PayPal before he could withdraw anything to PayPal. Very silly. Took 3-5 days to get to his paypal THEN once in PayPal, PayPal also takes 3-5 days to transfer to a bank account. So with the PayPal option alone you’re looking at 6-10 days before receiving any money. With all that said the app is a great sports betting app, just a couple silly issues.

I really must say, I believe draft kings sports-book has outdone itself nicely... I am extremely impressed with how robust and detailed it is. Never mind how simple it is to use. You’ve got lines on almost everything live which is unheard of. It is truly like a bettors paradise.!! I’m further impressed how the balances unified with the draft book which really makes it good to use funds from one location. I am very big on alternate lines such as expanded totals on soccer and you cover that extremely well. I’m sure there’s a few things that we can improve our overall this seems on touchable as far is feature functionality and total ease-of-use. Finally, the availability of depositing money in small increments and the use of the money from draft kings as mentioned is awesome. You should do really well with everyone since it’s so easy to put a bet and not requiring such a large overhead do so OR a Significant amount of time to do so. Great job so far. App constantly freezes crashes and messes up!! Everything about draftkings sportsbook is amazing when it is working well! When it is working well they’re Way above and beyond any other sports book. The problem is is the app is only working smoothly about 30 seconds total throughout the whole day. And the rest of the time it is constantly freezing glitching and crashing. I am on the app about a total of five hours every day. Mostly because I want to check out the new lines and live betting But also because the app crashes so much I have to sign back in or refresh it for it to work properly. Please fix your bugs draft kings! I definitely still recommend this app but this needs to be corrected ASAP. Definitely use this app and deal with it for now though
