I’ve found this app so much fun to use! It’s a great challenge for the brain, muscle memory and even hand-eye coordination. I find it frustrating, though that there isn’t any auto-correct to speed up the process. Additionally, and this is my biggest complaint, the calibration keeps switching on me so that the order of the dots is reversed. Is there some way to turn off that feature? I mean, I’m right handed and always will be so I don’t want the thing to keep pretending that I suddenly started using my non-dominant hand.

I’ve been using dot key for almost a month now. I love the concept of being able to type quickly without looking. Learning to type comes slow at first but it’s quite fun to learn, and being able to walk around with my head up while typing has made it worth the effort. I haven’t quite reached my normal texting speed yet but I’ve improved quickly by doing short practices here and there. The app is great at helping you learn. One thing I would improve is to include an auto correct that can be toggled on or off. I would also like to be able to continuously backspace without having to do repeated gestures. One gesture being held for however long would work great!

This app has truly changed the way I type! The ability to type fast on my phone is an amazing resource that I never imagined could be utilized. One change I would like to see is to add sensitivity so the slightest touch wont set off the keyboard. Also, please make a circle-less mode so I have the options to turn off the circles(which can be distracting to the eye). I hope to see improvements and additions to this idea! I would love to have a dedicated pad to plug into my pc(that is larger than my phone), and dotkey on the computer!

This is an amazing keyboard! I am still getting used to the gestures—I still have a ways to go—but boy does the potential of pure one-handed typing sound super appealing. One of my favorite parts from the movie _Ender’s Game_ was watching Ender Type at his desk. He only had to use one hand. Ever since seeing that keyboard mock-up, I’ve tried to visualize how someone could reify it. This is it. UPDATE: This is still in the early stages of development; I’d love to see some of these features in future releases: - using the system's autocorrect functionality (biggest gripe about it right now) - (possibly integrated into the autocorrect functionality) support for text shortcuts - 3D touch cursor movement (for iPhone 6s and newer) - gestures to move the currsor (in lieu of 3D touch integration) Get these features and you've nailed it for me!

Just recently downloaded the app to my iPhone X and it does NOT work. I am still stuck in the "tutorial" because I can't get through it without the app crashing on me. 1. Takes multiple tries for the initial calibration to complete. I have to literally tap with my three fingers multiple times until the app finally decides to recognize my three-finger tap. 2. The part where the app walks you through the 6 different gestures work great. I can type "hello" perfectly. But I can't do the three-finger swipe gesture to write a capital letter after that. Every time I try to swipe up with my three fingers, the app just goes into recalibration mode - the catch, it doesn't calibrate correctly. The dots end up overlapping each other, and after several tries of untangling them back to "normal" positions, the app gives up and crashes. When I restart the app, it's back to square one. Devs, please fix these issues because I'd love to try this app out - but right now I am unable to do anything besides typing "hello".
