This app uses the mobile site to order. The new website is terrible. Bad navigation, can’t tell what sauce for the pizza (no more easy to remember icon on the pizza photo), profile settings & order from old website was deleted (completely new profile), payment method for the app is confusing (can’t find online payment option!). I had to input new address coz when I check my old address it says there ‘landed’ property instead of apartment. When I change the address, it no longer states my apartment name in the address, outlet had to call me and ask. Website loading time is way way slower than before. Seriously, whoever did the changes for this new website, please redo again. I prefer the old website loading time, design and navigation better than this new one.

I remember Dominos website having one of the best online food ordering experience for me years ago, and after a long time when now I’m back to the website, everything changed, and in a very bad way. Same goes to this mobile app, I don’t even understand why it’s even launched when it has one of the worst user experience I had for mobile apps. Super hard to navigate, hard to find info/coupons/foods, and the navigation is not even native, it all just look like loading from some web view. And some even link you to a dead page where the only option left for you is to kill and relaunch the app only you’re able to navigate again. Come on, just kill this app and the “even-worse” website, the old one was so much better.

if i can rate it for even 0 stars i would but i cant. not only is the app so laggy, not user friendly and frustrating to use, it is also very tricky as i used a coupon and it said coupon was successfully used. but then it wasnt used and i had to pay double the price, when i talked to the workers there to order for me using the website they themselves couldnt do it, so they called the manager and even the manager couldnt do it. at the end they called the boss and he taught them how to use it THEN they taught me how to use it, without even giving refund and forcing you to pay full price. i mean, if even the workers inside the restaurant couldnt use the app, how the hell do they expect the people to use it? such bull crap.

I agree with the other comments, Dominos online ordering used to be the pioneer, what ever went wrong with this app?! Its interface is unintuitive and confusing. Loading problems, it took a long time to process my payment by credit card, in the end I got a message saying it deducted my card credit but the order didn’t go through, and I would only be refunded after a few days! I had to go thru all the ordering steps again using different payment method and it took me more more than half an hour just to order a pizza. Never again will I use this app.

Dominos Malaysia already had an app many years ago. But they discontinued it. Now that they’re relaunching a new mobile app, they made it a separate new app instead of as an update to the old one. Why Dominos? The old one that transferred onto this iPad from my past two iPads still refuses to work, but the new one does. But the new one does not show up as an update to the iPad. Really confusing.
