If you notice all the replies from each review is an automatic message which is sad shows they truly don’t care about our review , thought, feelings , or how they turn things around can have affected our day and how nobody will ever trust them or their corp. they continue to say we will be able to redeem point ! WHAT ABOUT THE ONCE PROCESSING ! That question continues to get ignored ! OVER AND OVER AGAIN ! Having to restock is one thing for people who NEED to redeem but for others that have already redeemed should not be processing when clearly I gave in my points for an available gift card that should have been send to my email ! SO MAKES NO SENCE to even say anything about restocking for redemption made for available cards at the time !!!!!

Despite the hiccups, everyone behind this app is trying their best and delivering AS PROMISED slowly but surely. I honestly didn’t expect to get my referral credits and it wouldn’t have been a big deal if I didn’t because you win some you lose some and it’s not like I would’ve lost anything. But they are working hard to give what they promised so people need to be patient and give them the benefit of the doubt. This is actually a very interesting app that I am looking forward to trying. The people behind it prove to be kind and committed into their customer service and providing a good service. So don’t let those negative reviews deter you and give it a shot.

Nice concept! I like the fact that you can choose to what extent you participate into research and that you choose the info you give. Nowadays hospitals keep your info and do with it what they want without letting you know. They had some issues with the points over the thanksgiving holidays. My points dissapeared after redeeming the gift card promised from referrals, yet the support team was very present and professional and helped me all the way through. Now I have my points back and I was able to redeem my card

I downloaded the app during a huge promotion they offered for sharing the app in exchange for points to use in their marketplace. It was during the busiest online shopping time of the year and thousands of people downloaded the app for gift cards, which caused a lot of crashing within the app and supplies ran out. They were super accommodating, apologetic and made right with everything they promised! Thank you and I can’t wait to participate in trials!
