Worst app I've ever used. My company makes me use this, all our estimating is done with this software. Estimating is a pain, you can't load multiple pictures to jobs at once, everything takes forever to load compared to other apps, and the conference calls to give instructions on using the apps are only going over the most basic functions and the people giving the instructions are less than professional in the calls. As a field technician, the only thing I like about it is it's easy to get directions to jobs. Everything else about it is lacking. Find another product.

Spend at least 45 minutes a day on a good day trying to add pictures repeatedly that fail, notes that won’t add on, signatures that fail and need to be resigned, simply hitting complete on a job and any other action required by the app. If I wasn’t forced to use this I never would. At least make some better offline functions that update once a better internet connection is established because this happens at anything less then perfect 4g service and even then happens half the time

Dispatch Field makes it simple for me to manage my entire business right from the palm of my hand! From scheduling new appointments, to making updates to appointments while in the field, to adding notes & photos, and even managing my team- very easy. Dispatch is a game changer.

I use this app everyday for my business. It works well and I really like how it helps me keep in touch wit my team. I gets my warranty jobs here and we like it for our techs. Even the ones who don’t like technology figure it out real fast.

Tho app works while I’m actually out in the field now, which is super helpful!
