The Disney Team of Heroes app is loaded with games, interactive tales, animated character encounters, augmented reality and more—transforming hospital waiting times into moments filled with imagination and fun. The app takes patients through a whimsical gameboard, filled with fun experiences. At participating children’s hospitals, some gameboards feature special interaction capabilities. “Magic Art” brings some of patients’ favorite Disney characters to life so that they can deliver fun, inspirational messages. At participating hospitals, the Magic Art experience in the app can be used with special digital screens to produce delightful animations. “Magic Moments” creates animated moments with some of patients’ favorite Disney characters. At participating hospitals, patients can spark their imagination by playing with interactive Disney murals—designed to interact with the app in vibrant, innovative ways! During “Enchanted Stories,” patients can put their own creative spin on classic tales, using interactive storytelling activities. Trivia buffs can test their knowledge of Disney’s iconic stories and characters. “Marvel Hero Holograms” lets patients summon Iron Man and Baby Groot, using augmented reality (AR). And “Coloring Fun” lets patients show off their artistic skills when they color drawings of some of their favorite characters.
