This app is absolutely worthless, so is the video doorbell that it works with. It has to be connected to wifi to even sign in. I spent 20 minutes trying to set the language (you can't move on until you do) only to find out I had to connect my phone to my wifi to do so. After that it immediately signed in. What is the point if I have to be connected to wifi at all times to see who's at my door?

Recently the door bell is not connecting to my iPhone. It just rings and does not initiate a call to my cell phone. Please fix the issue.

U must follow step by step the instructions provided.. works well alerts directly to your phone in real time.. still figuring out sensitivity for PIR.. only problem I see is u must be on WiFi when u get an alert in order to see who is ringing.. if not it will still record u can go back and look. So far I like..
