Dineout: Restaurant Offers

Though I have rated it 4 still some better PR is needed by the app people... I chose a 830 pm dinner slot and I get a msg for 1230 pm lunch slot When I contacted the support they say once slot booked all hands washed off check with the hotel if they agree. My understanding is with dineout why should I check with the hotel, it's the job of the app curator to sort these issues out. End of the day 20% or 50% it's my money why I should I request the hotel people for the app people's fault. If dineout keeps doing this you will only find customers coming in during offer times and rest of the time you can keep the Staff busy on some PR management classes.

I booked a dinner appointment through the app and opted for pay via the app. At the resturant I was unable to pay as I kept getting a message that there was some problem at their end even after trying three different cards . I reached out to customer support via chat option sent them details of payment failed messages received from bank and wasted more than an hour chatting with their customer support however only response is they will check and get back . It’s 5 days now still no response . It takes 10 minutes to get a response from chat support agent every time you type a response , very frustrating and extremely disappointed

This feedback is for the DuneOut entire team. Entire DineOut team is a cheater and they are sitting to eat your money. They have cheated me twice. I booked kebabishk and went for dining during bill payment restaurant said that they do not have DineOut enable at their end, so DineOut should not be giving any booking. I chased DineOut for more than a month and they did not refunded the money even though no service was provided to me from DineOut. Again, I booked Pirates of Grill for lunch but I had to book for dinner and I asked DineOut for changing the time they did not helped me and ate up the booking fee again. Everyone it is my advice please do not use DineOut for restaurant booking as these people are cheaters. Rather use EasyDiner or some other app, rest decision is yours.....

You did not confirm us before 12pm as I booked slot by 12pm. And after many follow up, you just mention that restaurant kept us in waitlisting.. don’t think that this is the only one hotel in Hyd. Worst exp with your app. Also I have booked 12 hrs before the time but you said that you will confirm the reservation before 1 hr, do you think that if you don’ t confirm we need to look anither hotel after that. Wow what a worst policy you have and when I chat n complain to customer care they do not even resolve the issue and close the chat. I should say thanks to you because of you I got good App which is nearbuy and booked within minutes n had wow lunch.
