I have applied for a loan and got declined. To be honest, I used have a very good cibil score and good salary but still don’t know what they took into consideration and now I have completed 6 months and want to reapply but it’s not allowing me to do so as it still showing previous loan details. I have planned to call the customer service and the guy over phone”Syed” was very courteous, professional, knowledgeable and was quick. Promised me that it will be escalated and backend will erase the data of previous declined loan and I can be reapply after 24-48 hours. Thank you Syed for your exceptional customer service experience. All the***** are for your great customer service experience.

Worst App ever i have seen.. I download app, got loan amount and was paying emi regularly, after paying 3 EMI through ECS, They have started playing their business mind in app.😠 i had got notification in app that Payment for November Month of 2018 was received,i did not check my statement that time and one of their Executives called me and asked details i said and they too said the emi for November month was received. Recently when i cheked my bank Statement emi wasn’t debited when i opted for a call back from Customer support centre in their app i dint even get a call till now, and now thinkg about my CIBIL score now which would have dropped due to their Careless work.i have maintained more than Sufficient Balance in my Account for my EMI. I still have maintained the same balance and EMI has not be debited. They haven’t even called me till now inspite of Opting for a call back from their app, Expecting a call back atleast now for clarification on my EMI which wasn’t debited

Don’t go for it. They say instant loan but its not. I submitted all my docs on 27th apr. they told me to wait for 24 hrs and amt will be in your account. I waited for 2 days,, but i did not reeive any update. When I contacted them they said wait for 2 days more,,, I did. but still no update,, I waited for 6-7 days more as they told me sometime it take 4-5 business days. I did. But again no update they keep saying its in verification. And always give me a fake commitment to wait for 24 hrs . 2 days back i asked to speak to someone senior. They said u will receive a call in 2-3 hours but no cal received yet. Then i called again they said ur verification is done. And now we are updating ECS so that we can take monthly installments.. again they asked me to wait for 24 hrs. I thought now it should work smoothly and there should be no problem. I called them today to know the status as its already more than 24hrs. But now they are saying again that verification is pending and wait some more time ... So u can see whats happening there ... its seems they are not providing me right info. And they are not professional at all as they cant check that who gave me this info.. that verification is done. And how time i wasted here. Its a WORST WORST Worst service ever seen in my life... Better go with a bank.

For first two months this would work fine if your EMI date falls on a weekend or public holiday the EMI amount will not be auto debited but the firm will not take responsibility for this ! Neglecting on their fault if we take care about our cibil score and make payments manually half of the time this App will be under maintenance or will get crashed, in spite of all these pains we make payment some mannerless irritating morons so called representatives from their firm will call and annoy us for a payment made and blame us for not paying and will say that we haven’t maintained sufficient funds on the due date. Each month we need to break our head sending proof of payment to them. Never opt for any kinda loans or anything from this firm we end up losing our peace of mind and cibil

Firstly this app does not work properly. Many times i am unable to login. I faced lots of problems while applying and uploading documents. And there customer support guys keep on telling me that my application turned into offline mode. It’s very disappointing that after this all struggle i have uploaded the documents and now they are telling me to handover hardcopies of all the documents and they not even aware about how my application turned into offline mode and who did that. Even customer don’t have the option to change the application mode through app. Its a useless service of app if you are telling customer to submit the hard copies then whats the use of your “application” and three hour service. You are fooling people.
