Every time I click on this app all it does is show the del taco logo and nothing happens. I got several promotional offers by email and could not accept them because of the application not fully functioning. I updated it and still nothing. This time around I just ended up deleting the whole thing and hope it works a this time. This is not an internet issues and I pay for the top tier internet at&t offers; all my thee applications work perfectly but this deal taco app is just sitting there; worthless! Needless to say I had to delete and then download again and the app is now working. So if you were experiencing the same thing I did then just delete the app and download it again. For the inconvenience it would be nice for del taco to give me a free meal though because I am a faithful customer. I still went to del taco regardless of the application not working, but all the promotional deals were lost.

This app is pointless... If you happen to live near the one restaurant within 1000 miles that accepts online ordering, then this app is just good. But, if you’re like the 99% of the rest of us, this app is pointless. There is no menu to look at...unless you’re doing an online order. But most of us don’t live near a Del Taco with online ordering, so really all this app is useful for is looking at locations you can visit, but not order ahead. Lame. There’s another fast food place that does this as well: you can view deals, but you can’t look at the full menu...unless you’re placing an order through the app. At least that restaurant has that. I get that Del Taco May be implementing that capability right now, but don’t put out a useless app until implementation is mostly complete. It leaves a bad taste in the mouth...

I don’t see the point of this app. I thought it would be like the Starbucks app where you could order plus earn points towards discounts for purchases. But I see no way of scanning in receipts for purchases made at a location or anyway to link purchases to my account. The only way of keeping track is online order purchases which doesn’t make as much sense because they DT drive thru is quick compared to Starbucks so why would I bother. Anyway I expected this to be a loyalty program app but is only good for online ordering loyalty which isn’t how most people order DT.

Revision: I heard that phone updates sometimes cause apps to not work properly. I deleted this application then downloaded it again (IPhone 8). The app is now working and I have been able to use my offers again. Thank you! I have received many offers from this app. I really loved using it until recently. Now, When I click on the app I get a black screen. I drive over 30 minutes to eat at Del Taco and would love to have the great offers this app used to provide. I hope this issue is fixed soon.

I downloaded this app a couple years ago hoping to be able to order online. Online ordering makes it so much easier to customize an order. Unfortunately the app still says “online ordering coming soon!” for all the restaurants in my location. The app may work great in some locations, but here the app has been false advertising for years. Two plus years is NOT “soon” I asked my closest location about it and was told that the app says that about all locations that don’t have online ordering.
