I don't agree with Iso29's comments. If you pressed on the item in the inventory bar it told you what the item was and in the mini games, if you pressed on the tick it told you what to do. The map was very helpful and showed where to go next, so you did not need to use the hint button. Most of the puzzles were quite simple until near the end of the game when the instructions were not so clear, but you could look at the strategy guide for help. There is a bonus game at the end, you just have to press play again. I thought this was one of Dana Knightstones better games, a good length and a helpful map. Not the same quality as an Elephant game, but quite enjoyable.

I normally really like this series, however I found this latest game to not be as good. There are no collectables unlike the previous versions and you have to place items exactly in the correct place (almost to the pixel) for them to work, this meant I found myself checking the guide quite often to see if I was doing the right action. Often the guide confirmed I was correct so I just needed to keep trying until I found the right pixel. That aside, the story is good and the game isn't short compared to others, I finished it in just under 4 hours.

Mostly I enjoyed the game very much, but... My first try to retrieve the shield from Victor didn't release the shield, I had to start again, then it was working. Very annoying to have to start over again. Whenever there a dialogue, it didn't forward to the next line itself and if you tapped the screen the second line shortly was visible and then gone, so I only got half of the story :( And the last thing, it was the collectors edition, but no bonus game. And the map was not really very helpful, it was so confusing that I didn't use it but used the hint for teleporting to the room I needed to go. Otherwise I liked the story and the mini-games very much.

I love the Dana Knightstone games and was disappointed to see this one had worse reviews than the previous ones. However I gambled and bought it anyway and I'm glad I did, I thought it was great and a lot more enjoyable than the previous two (Fairing Point and Tuscan Skies still by far the best though). I've been getting bored of endless hidden object scenes and this didn't have too many. Definitely recommend.

There is plenty of puzzles in this game, however, they don't all work well and explanations are guess work. Skipped a lot because it was too much to try and work out what was needed and some were just tedious like buttons changing more than one thing. Sorry would not purchase in furre.
