Dubai Day is an initiative launched by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council to invites the people of Dubai to give one day of their year back to help those in need. The ultimate goal of this initiative is that each person gives at least a day of their year to help those in need. You can contribute in one go by giving a full day to volunteering activities or spread out your time over the year to complete a day. However, we encourage volunteers to be a lifestyle and commend those who can give more than one day. يوم لدبي هي مبادرة أطلقها سمو الشيخ حمدان بن محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم ولي عهد دبي رئيس المجلس التنفيذي ليدعو الجميع للتطوع بيوم واحد في السنة – في أي من مجالات التطوع بهدف تلبية احتياجات مجتمعنا، والحفاظ على مدينتنا وحماية بيئتنا. ويمكن للتطوع أن يكون في أشكال عدة، مثل التطوع بوقتك ومعرفتك ومهاراتك وتعاطفك.أما عن الهدف الأساسي من هذه المبادرة هو أن يتطوع كل شخص على الأقل بيوم واحد في السنة لمساعدة الغير، بحيث يمكن التطوع دفعة واحدة أو من خلال عدة فرص تطوعية على مدار السنة. ولكننا نشجع وبقوة على جعل التطوع أسلوب حياة وبالتالي التطوع لأكثر من يوم هو خطوة جديرة بالثناء والتشجيع.
