Please add more information when it comes to looking for the code on your receipt and applying the code. There are a lot of numbers and codes on a receipt so an example of what to look for would be greatly appreciated.

I’ve been eating Dallas barbecue for years. I was excited to find out they had an app and rewards program. I downloaded the app and set up a test order. The ordering process it was very simple. I then attempted to join the Loyalty Rewards program. In doing so I was asked for a loyalty rewards number, this was not available anywhere after searching the app and Dallas BBQ’s website. Had it not been for this snafu I would have rated this app four stars. The ease of registering the app and the ease of ordering are first rate. My only problem is that it was impossible for me to find a number to register in the Loyalty Rewards program.

I tried to sign up on this app but when they asked for the delivery address and I entered it, the app kept “updating...” for almost 5 minutes. Tried again. And again. Finally I gave up. I’ll just call them to order.

This app never works they barley updated not worth downloading better just to call the rest!!!
