For someone who’s little brother doesn’t have data he can’t use the app. The app requires that the coupon be used right away or else it isn’t valid. So by the time he gets to Dairy Queen he no longer has a coupon. So that feature either needs to be removed or they need to start providing wifi.

When you sign up it asks for the nearest location. I am standing inside the location trying to search to complete registration and it keeps saying no locations nearby. Horrible

I’ve been trying to get this app to work for ages. I think the issue is because it’s insists on having your favourite store to use it but the location part doesn't seem to be working. Either it says there are no restaurants or if you are lucky enough to get the location to work it says the locations are all closed even when you are inside the actual restaurant trying to get it to work to use the coupon. The Mcdonalds app lets you use the coupons where ever you happen to be. It’s too bad because my dad prefers Dairy Queen icecream and sundaes over Mcdonalds. Make it easier to use please!

No point downloading app when almost all of your locations don’t accept it yet!

Just downloaded the app after receiving an email about it and being able to collect points towards free rewards. Ordered only to be told they don’t even have to scanner to do it (Stone Church/Upper Ottawa location in Hamilton, Ontario)! Waste of time and energy. Why send out a marketing campaign about it if the locations aren’t even compliant yet? 👎🏼
