Good news everyone the Prineville DQ is now mobile!!!! I just placed my first order and it was easy and quick!!!! Just what we all want. I would suggest a special note section for the particular and special request but aside from that.... Perfection from Dairy Queen once again Thanks I’ll See You At The DQ!!!!

I had received a gift card to DQ and decided to use it through the app at one of your locations. I ordered a strawberry shake and went to the DQ and waited for it to be ready. I waited 45 minutes and still no shake. Meanwhile other people’s orders were being fulfilled while we sat and waited. When I finally asked them about it they said they were working on it but the ice cream machine was out of ice cream. It would take 20 more minutes before it would be ready. Upset I asked for a refund, but because it was on a gift card, I couldn’t be refunded. I left without my shake in disgust. Please fix this.

The app doesn’t have a street address option to add my mailing address for my debit card to add the card to the app to pay, there isn’t a pay in store option which doesn’t make sense because you can’t even go through the drive through to pick up your order so why not allow me to pay inside being that I have to go inside anyway (not very convenient) so basically the app works as a menu and that’s it because you can’t actually purchase on the app because you can’t add your card. Absolutely ridiculous.

As the title says this app has useful coupons and ur purchases give u points that can be redeemed. Only issue is that there is currently a 2 for 4 deal that is not listed on the app

I once received special offers like the Blizzard for your birthday by email. Since they went to the use of the app all these offers stopped. I could download the app on my IPad but that’s as far as it goes. I cannot receive emails for setting or resetting a password. I’ve contacted DQ several times and the last time a supervisor told me sorry you need to use an IPhone and not an IPad to use the app. Since I don’t have an iPhone this is very frustrating and I’m very disappointed in DQ.
