I gave it 5 star because it is a best property app I have see by far. However, I would like to suggest that the Property Facilities should include a Garage availability. Also Garden/Patio/Balcony should be in the three different points, otherwise it doesn’t make any sense. If the house has a garden then landlord selects this, but there’s no patio and no balcony in the house, so it’s misleading.

It’s very good but I would suggest to them to make sure the ad is 100% accurate for example someone advertising “1 🛏” in a duplex apartment of 3-4 beds is not accurate. People searching “1 bed maximum” are most likely looking for a 1 bed accommodation on their own/with a partner. Also “email only” allows landlords to be evasive, and even miss out on people with great credentials who would give their details more easily over the phone, maybe an alternative would be to add a comments section.

Pictures don’t load on WiFi half the time but it’s fine when I turn off WiFi. The map view won’t load when you open an ad, you have to go back and open it a second time for it to be there which is Weird. Also it leaves the app and goes opens it somewhere else. Some in that office needs a slap to allow this out for public use like this. It’s still better then MyHome (which is appalling) but needs fine tuning. Also a keyword search would be great but that’s probably pushing my luck.

The app for the most part works well. When searching for properties, I have one area selected and I am only looking to buy in this area. However I keep getting properties in other areas showing up on my list. This is extremely frustrating as every time I check back to see if anything new has come up, I’m getting new houses showing up but in the wrong area. I don’t have this problem when I go on the website, it seems to be an issue with the app itself.

A great app all in all, just wish it had some minor quality of life changes: - you can only view the eircode on the desktop site, surely it’s simple enough to add to mobile? - when getting to the end of the photo feed, it should default back to the beginning without needing to either use the tiled view or swipe all the way back. Keep up the great work otherwise!
