Hello, and thank you for the feedback. The iOS app is new and we are still improving. We intend to add support for multiple accounts in the future. I totally understand that logging out is not the best user experience. Two things: (1) email us at kenstir.apps@gmail.com with suggestions or to ask about coming features; (2) email us to tell us which apps do support a good user switching experience. The other non-iOS mobile platform which shall not be named has a whole account management system which makes this somewhat easier.

Hello! The issue with the hold list is a bug. We aim to make the hold editable, as it is on the Android version. The iOS app is fairly new and not all features are implemented yet. Please hold tight, and email us at kenstir.apps@gmail.com with complaints or suggestions. I would love to help you debug the "unexpected network response" issue. I have not come across that yet.

Hello! I am a bit surprised by this, as there are two ways to remember your library card. #1 - do not choose Logout. If you don't tap Logout, then your username and your password are remembered for the next time. #2 Website and app passwords. If you choose Settings >> Passwords & Accounts >> Website & App Passwords, you can save a username + password for the app. Then when the app starts, you can tap the lock icon to access the saved username + password. Have you tried this? Email us at kenstir.apps@gmail.com with issues or suggestions. p.s. You can setup a username instead of a barcode by logging in at https://bark.cwmars.org/eg/opac/myopac/update_username . Probably the app should do this, but we cannot implement everything at once :(
