I initially used this app to meet with Dr. Clinton Baird since COVID has restricted doctor’s office hours and I am quarantined. The app was so easy to walk through. I was able to upload information about my health history and symptoms i was experiencing with ease. Dr. Baird was very informative and the call was just like being at the doctors office, but from the comfort of my home! I have made a second follow up appointment through the app and will continue to do so, even after the days of COVID! I have recommended it to my friends and family and they are going to start using it as well!

At first thought it would be a pain and pointless to use this app but came in handy. Had cut myself in the leg earlier in the day, bandaged it up myself pretty well but about 8 hours later was still bleeding pretty bad. The Dr. video called me, took a look at it and deemed I needed stitches in which he met me at his office despite being late in the evening (11pm) to stitch it up. Saved me time, $, hassle, & worry of going to E.R.

I starting coming down with a fever and I also had a sore on my leg which I feared was infected and causing the fever. The process for registering and booking an appointment was quick and seamless. When I found the app it was midnight and was almost positive there would be no one available. But they were available and I was able to book one very quickly for that same night. Dr. Clinton Baird was very cordial, walked me through my concerns, and sent my prescription to my nearest pharmacy before the call ended. On top of that he has been very responsive to my follow up questions, and even consulted other specialists as needed. This is a service I would happily use again.

I am dealing with a herniated disc in my back that makes it very painful to walk and sit. This app made it so I don’t have to leave the comfort of my bed to talk to my surgeon! This app literally saved me a lot of pain.
