I typically order Crispers for lunch at least twice a week (using my desktop computer at work). Since they rolled out their new ordering system several weeks ago I’ve been unable to order online. I’ve actually chosen to eat elsewhere on multiple occasions due to inability to order ahead. Today the clerk advised I download the new app. What a waste of time. This app is absolutely terrible, it is nothing short of the horrific online system in an faux app environment. The latency loading time was the final killer for me - its quicker to pick up the phone and call in an order than wait for every single page of this app to load. Its simply a terribly designed app. The company really should have spent a lot more time in testing user experience before rolling this out to customers.

The app is built so that you’re supposed to have it open and running in the restaurant — and it has to be connected to the server to use coupons or redeem any offers. The problem is that it never really seems to connect to the server when I’m actually in Crispers. Don’t know what the problem is, but it just doesn’t work much of the time. Wish I could go back to carrying the card instead — this is awful.

It's so much harder to order. It takes a while for things to load. The app isn't user friendly and you will have to start all over from the location if you exit out of the screen. If you can save favorites then I am not aware of how. No option to repeat same orders either. Additionally, you can't use your rewards on the app. :( The best app so far is Chic Fil A.

This app is an unmitigated disaster. Obscenely slow, incredibly buggy, and lacking even the most basic functionality (in-app ordering etc.). The shortcomings of this app are exacerbated by crispr's inexplicable decision to remove online ordering from their desktop site. There is literally no benefit to this app as it stands, it simply acts as a buggy way to look at their menu.
