This app does not work properly. I can see my listing but I cannot add or delete any items. The only way I can manage my list is to call the store or go there and have the team manually updating it. Please fix it to make the customer experience enjoyable

Newly engaged and Canadian, I love this app as it means I can actually make a gift registry without going into the store, as Canadian residents can not make a registry on Crate and Barrel website (as far as I know). On the other hang, it appears quite buggy and often shows me categories that are apparently empty (there are no registry items in ‘Enameled Cookware’? How?), or tells me there are 50+ items in a category, yet only shows me about 5-10? Something doesn’t add up here. I also wish it was easier to navigate and allowed a search function, instead of just the ability to scan in store, or browse categories. Still, it’s as aesthetically pleasing as you’d expect Crate and Barrel’s registry app to be, and allows me to actually registry at my favorite store.

This is a poorly created app. We had to use our phones to register for our wedding due to Coronavirus. The store associate made the joke when he was telling us to download the app that “there is just 1 star because we’ve had technical difficulties in the past.” The technical difficulties are still very much present. After every move you make on the app it asks you to update it, which you can’t because we are Canadian. Additionally, to add things afterwards, it doesn’t work. You should also be able to search store inventory on the app. These are only a fraction of the issues. As much as we love crate and barrel and their product, we do not want our guests also dealing with these difficulties. We will be pulling all our items from this registry and hopefully will find them elsewhere. It’s really too bad because we were so excited for some of these items!

We loved all the products Crate and Barrel and have been trying to create a wedding registry. After using the app in store and it working ok, we then came home to add more to the list, but any time we went to add something the app would crash. We were also unhappy to learn that it is very difficult for Canadians to order products off the registry without going into the store or calling the store directly. Due to these issues we have decided to move our registry minus a few items, to The Bay to make it easier for our guests and for us. This has been a frustrating experience, please fix these issues. Based on other reviews we’ve read it appears this has been an issue for over a year now.

The app crashes everytime I try to open up a product from the menu to add to the registry. Please fix.
