Financial Data of Listed Indian Securities is integrated as part of the App. The user thus doesn't have to look out for or classify data. The User can also input their own Financial data. The App consists of 5 modules: - Know Your Worth, where one can value a company. The DCF Valuation model is used to derive the Intrinsic value. - Capital Market & Expectations Valuation helps to understand what is built in the stock price. - PErception helps to know your P/E Ratio and also decrypt P/E Multiple of a Stock or Index. - Value Augmentation Module helps to analyse the impact of various decisions on Creating Shareholder Value - Quick Tools helps for swift computation of Cost of Capital (WACC), CAPM, Residual / Terminal Value Computation, Pre and Post Money Valuation etc. In addition the App also enables access to CoValue Markets which is a Marketplace that allows third parties to write stories and derive their impact on valuation & share them with others to view, analyse & edit. Users can buy these Valuations by making payments or by redeeming credits available to them. CoValue App is a free download with in-app purchases. Choose from five value-added Plans: Basic - Free Gain access to the Know Your Worth, Expectations Valuation and PErception modules within the app through this plan. The Basic Subscription would have only 15 days unrestricted use of Databank & One-time 100 Credits which can be redeemed in CoValue Markets. Post which you can use the App without the Databank or Upgrade to use the Databank. Gold – Monthly/Yearly Gain access to the Know Your Worth, Expectations Valuation & PErception modules within the app through this plan. The Plan comes with unrestricted use of Databank for the period of subscription. The Users also get 200 Credits per month to buy Valuations under CoValue Markets. The Gold Monthly subscription would be for a one-month period and the Gold Yearly subscription would be for a one-year period, and the charge would come into effect immediately post the expiry of the 1 month free trial from the date of subscription. (Gold - Monthly @ $2.99 / month, Gold - Yearly @ $25.99) Platinum – Monthly/Yearly Gain access to the Know Your Worth, Capital Markets and Expectations Valuation PErception, and Value Augmentation modules within the app through this plan. The Plan comes with unrestricted use of Databank for the period of subscription. The Users also get 250 Credits per month to buy Valuations under CoValue Markets. The Platinum Monthly subscription would be for a one-month period and the Platinum Yearly subscription would be for a one-year period, and the charge would come into effect immediately post the expiry of the 1 month free trial from the date of subscription. (Platinum - Monthly @ $3.99 / month, Platinum - Yearly @ $32.99) Payment and Auto Renewal Upon confirmation of purchase, the payment for a chosen plan would be charged to the iTunes account of the subscriber Automatic subscription renewals happen unless auto-renew is turned off, at least 24-hours prior to the end of the existing period Renewal happens within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and the subscriber’s account is charged accordingly The user is able to manage the subscription, and it is possible to turn off the auto-renewal by logging in to the account settings Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication.
