I downloaded the app because I had a few clothes I would have loved to sell. I made my account, clicked the photos of the top I wanted to sell and clicked on the submit button. When I went to check how my product looked, I realised they put the wrong information about it. I had clicked on “New without Tag” and “Size S”. They showed it was “New with Tag” and “Size XS”. Not to mention my additional description was never viewed. If someone had really bought the product with the wrong information, not only I would have had to listen to them but pay a fine to Coutlook, for giving “wrong information to the customer.” Also, I didn’t get the hang of their commission rate. First time I uploaded, it showed commission of ₹160, but when I viewed the product and realised they gave the wrong information, I had to delete it and try again. The next time their commission went up to ₹200, even though the product was same.

Extremely ridiculous 3 day return policies! People wear products and return them within 3 days! Once the product is shipped there should not be any return option available if the original product picture is there already! Y did the customer buy looking at the pic if she wanted to return the very same product? Coz they just wana order , wear and return! And if at all u want to keep a return policy 50% should be charged from the customer Atleast! It’s sellers like us who suffer due to this stupid policy of urs !!

I am selling some goods on this when I put a request for money withdraw approx 5 times still they do nit transfer to me so please beware fake app like this i dont want to sell here anymore as mony get stuck here from last two months there is no system to call them directly when we raise ticket there is no information ismy ticket is register or not because not received tocket number or something I think people who wants to sell here please think twolice before uploade your product

Coutloot is a scammer don’t trust them They show u some minimal amount of commission and when products are sold they take the major amount... I sold one of my items in July.. for which I never received the money.. and now when I have been mailing them constantly they have replied after 5 days that it’s in their warehouse.. were in tracking shows the item is delivered.. they are very bad.. no sense no seller protection Don’t use this app at all

This application is really bad and I feel they are scammers. I have sold a product over a month i haven’t received my money and did not even get my product back and its not even showing up on the sold section. There is no one to reply to the tickets raised and no customer service or number is available to call. It’s a big scam where they steal users products.
