We have a house in Greece and this app is convenient, however, an English option would be very welcomed.

Super useful app. The design is simple and user friendly, relatively easy to find what you are looking for. I love how I can manage literally everything phone related (landline & mobile) from just one app. I always found waiting in line at a shop to pay my bill is a waste of time. I think everyone who has a Cosmote subscription should download it for practicality reasons if not anything else.

The online top up feature does not work. Too bad. The application will not acknowledge credit cards or Pay Pal methods. Online top up is probably the primary reason one would want to use the app for. The app does reflect your balance and expiration date but calling 1314 works just fine for that. You can still buy paper credits from Greek Kiosks but that is of no use when traveling outside of Greece and you need a top up.

Top up does not work in the app, neither their website. The app is useless and a waste of disk space. Have been having issues trying to pay cosmote from abroad for my numbers in Greece for years. Their ability to get money or sell a service with minimum efforts is absolute zero (0). Someone do something. Fire the useless people running this company and hire some good talent!!!!!

#1, it’s not in English in which case I have no idea what I’m reading or doing. #2, every time I try to make a payment it fails, used 4 different cards with the help of a Greek friend. Can’t go to the store due to CV-19 closure. Time to make some changes to this app, I’m not the only one with these review complaints. Get your developers to make this app better, it’s the perfect time to do so now.
