Contacts Mover Pro

Very easy to use. Worked on migration of my 3,000 contacts from outlook exchange (office 365) contacts to iCloud / iPhone native contacts. It’s So awesome. You would not believe how hard this is without this app. Rant: Apple Genius Bar “genius” said there was no way to move contacts from outlook to iPhone / icloud - spent 1.5 hrs of my life driving to Apple store for “sorry pal you’re on your own” from Apple..... the guy actually told me that most people don’t use contacts for work on their iPhone!!!! Really dude?! Found this app and it solved all my problems. Fantastic solution to a really hard problem that shouldn’t be hard in the first place. You’d think a $1Trillion Company could handle the functionality that these guys built into an iPhone app. But no.

Let’s face it, Steve Jobs croaked and Apple lost their touch. When I save a contact on my phone I expect it to save on my iCloud too. Little did I know, all my contacts over the last year were saved to my exchange account. Once that account was removed I lost several hundred contacts and was freaking out. I finally logged back into my exchange account and they were back. As many times as I tried to merge around 250 contacts, my iPhone would not do it. This app made my life easier and saved me hours of time! Totally worth it!!! Thank you developers! This solves a very difficult problem in 30 seconds or less! Very satisfied.

This app gave me back hours upon hours of my life back. With over 2000 contacts over the years, moving these contacts from one email server to another was so simple. I could not believe how how simple and automated it was. It gave me options I didn’t even consider or know were possible. I even had a bug from Apple on my iPhone that was solved through their customer service. Not technically their problem but rolled up their sleeves solve it. I am not one to create reviews very often. This App gets a 5 star rating for being much more than a $5 app. Worth. Every. Penny

I can't think of anything to say other than maybe allow for a setting to always sync a new contact that I add on my phone into my Google contacts as soon as possible. ie - if no connectivity then wait until there's connectivity and then sync (aka backup) the contact from my phone to Google contacts immediately. Don't wait for me to OK it. Its contacts on the phone we don't want to lose. But this app works. Just wished it always backed up new contacts "on the phone" immediately and without need for my OK or interaction. It works though. Nice simple app.

As with many other reviewers, I had 1600+ contacts stuck in an old work exchange account that I was contemplating individually texting to myself so that I could then import them again into my personal google contact list. That was the only way I could figure out to move them without help. This app did the transfer in about 5 seconds. Totally worth the $5 cost of the app. If you need to move contacts between accounts on your phone, look no further.
