As you change any parameter, such as engagement type, length, extra practice time, traveling time, impression of the gig, and ranking in your field, the app would do the calculation for you instantly. Of course there is no one size that fits all. Therefore, the sliders would help you fine tune your fee closer to the "norm" and expectation around you.
