I hate how if you close the app, even for just a second, you have to log back in again. I get that they want to be as secure as they can be, but it starts to border being tedious. If that’s what you’re going to do, at least get some face recognition software, like all the other apps that are following the times. They should just get that anyway! I don’t have a thumb print anymore.

It is frustrating that the app has not been updated to include facial recognition. I forget the password (been changed repeatedly) and touch recognition will not work with my phone. It needs facial recognition. Because I forget the password, I get locked out of my account. Not even a chance to reset the password or answer security questions for password hint. Ugh!

Mobile deposit continues to error when trying to take photo. Every time I take a photo it says "please center and make sure proper lighting, etc" but it will not accept even the best of "proper" photos taken that are required for mobile deposit. Please fix! 💜 loyal customer

Took about 40 pictures trying to deposit a check, but the app kept saying to "take a proper picture." These were basically professional quality pictures of a corporate, printed check, they couldn't be any more proper. This function (the only one I use, of course) seems broken.

I cannot deposit my checks on the mobile app. It continues to error and show a split screen whenever I do so. Please fix this!
