I did not have any problems with the old app before (the one showing in this app page), but when I was opted to update, I was not able to connect to Cliqq Wifi of ANY store! My WiFi credits are going to waste :( The app also crashes when I try to open the Wifi of the app. Already sent a complaint thru the customer care service e-mail, and I’m just waiting for their response.

I have 1,770pesos balance in this apps and then I go to 7eleven to transfer my balance in gcash and what happen is I receive a successful transaction in my mobile and your employees said it’s not success on their system. They call the manager and the manager decide to take all of my info and some screenshots for evidence and they will report it. You know this is not my problem, I have trust in you but this is how you treat the customer. It’s almost 1week and I’m still waiting for you to fix it. The manager said just wait. What I’m going to do now? It’s 1,770 not a hundred pesos. I don’t want to tell any badwords for you right now. Don’t wait for my action. It’s almost 1week. You are wasting my time and my money.

Hi guys, after I updated this app, my CLiQQ Reward points were gone. I still have around 289 plus points then all of a sudden they were lost. What happened guys? Please fix this issue ASAP. Thank you. ————— After I log out from my CLIQQ account and re-enter my login account detail, thank you so much, my points were back. So I will increase my rate to 4-star for the fast resolution of my issue. But still there’s a glitch.

My Facebook and Google accounts are all connected to my phone number and yet your app still requires me to input them; because apparently, ‘my account is not yet linked to a phone number’ when in fact it is. I tried signing up using my phone number alone, yet I received no verification codes to continue with my signing up process. Please, do not argue internet connection issues; I tried both through LTE connection and WiFi connection. Please fix this, most of your CLiQQ kiosks aren’t operational most of the time anyway.

We talk about legitable. We tried to claim our redemption item to any store of 7-Eleven here in Philippines but all branches deny our barcode and some 7-Eleven tactics always say offline even they cash in to gcash to make good faith but deep inside they not accept points to item redeem i don’t know why, Maybe this cliqq app is fake? You need to make seminar to all your branches if this is official 7-Eleven Philippines, because we’re loyal customer and customer is always right regarding to Book of Law and under human rights. Give penalties like suspension to all staff of 7-Eleven that they not accept of your barcode because points is hardly to earned. Please 7-Eleven Philippines respect and obey the book of law regarding to human rights and cybercrime law and customer rights. It is hard to contact your tel. number and also mobile number even email no reply. IGNORANCE BY THE LAW EXCUSES NO ONE.
