We are here to serve you and help you have a stress free tax preparation experience. The process is very easy. Create a code for your taxes that locks your app if the screen goes dark. Then take pictures of your tax documents such as W-2's or Interest you got from the bank on a 1099-INT. Then you fill out the necessary information such as Name, Address, Date of Birth, etc that we need to complete your taxes. We do offer some add-ons such as itemizing your deductions, Audit Guard, which protects you if ever you were to get an audit, and a CPA Tax Professional phone call if you have any tax preparation questions. Once you click submit, we go to work for you! We take your documents and information and prepare your taxes to maximize your refund (or reduce your tax liability). If we have any questions we may email or call you during the process. We love to save our clients money on their taxes so if we can figure out a way to do that, you will be hearing from us. Then we will send you documents to e-sign (you will sign either on your screen or with your mouse.)
