For your convenience, we have added two more useful functions to the application. The first is Heart Rate monitoring. Place your finger on the back camera of your iPhone and a special algorithm will measure the number of hits. The data in the application will be stored on the chart and you can visually see the progress in training. The second is Water Control. A special tracker will calculate the amount of water according to your data for the well-coordinated work of the body. You will be able to set reminders and not miss the replenishment of fluid throughout the day. Over time, drinking water will become another healthy habit. ClearMind uses HealthKit in order to record your heart rate measurements and water intake in Health application. The app requests reading access to the following data types: weight, height, birthdate and gender in order to easily gather profile information. When you measure your heart rate or add a drink in the app - it automatically sends the data to Health app. The synchronization with Apple Health can be switched off in the application Settings.
