Not much more than looking up theaters, showtimes and buying tickets. Same as going through browser. No personalized features, account settings, viewing food and drink menus. Would be a huge improvement just to be able to have a personalized account so I could save CC info and purchase tickets quickly and easily. This app has a long way to go. I’ll keep it for now to see if there are any near term improvements, but if not, then uninstalling as I see no benefits to using a dedicated app.

I only downloaded this because when I tried buying tickets through the cinema west website, it redirected me to Fandango and if I buy through fandango, I can’t get my rewards points. There was a banner advertising the app, but when I click the option to buy tickets, it takes me to a screen where it loads for a few seconds and then says it timed out. Impossible to actually buy the tickets, making it a useless app. Even before it wouldn’t let me purchase tickets, the layout is not great. Deleting it

This app is pretty much useless. All you can do is look up movies and times. No prices displayed. You must click on purchase, then select your seats on a big stupid desktop browser page crammed onto your phone. then you’ll see the price! Terrible, terrible app.

I could design this app way better myself. It doesn't even show all of the proper show times or give the option to filter which auditorium you want; i.e.: "Theater 1 w/ Electric Reclining Chairs" or "Theater 2 Reserved Seating" Terrible Design. Using a web browser is much more efficient than this app.

This app gives me a convenient way of finding showtimes and buying tickets . Nice addition of information with 3D, recliner seating, etc.
