I want to love this app. I like the ease and flexibility leveraging calendars and adding repetitive tasks. I like Using the clock to map out the day and highlight free time motivation to get things done efficiently and not drag things out . However I still think it needs a few tweaks to replace our current system. If you could include syncing with the Apple reminders app just like you do the calendar that would enable leveraging the cloud reminders to add items to Shared schedules. The option to change fonts or make the font bolder and be able to switch the background to light. When these features are part of the app we can replace her current System.

I delete a calendar event and the app puts it back in! Adding to my review: While the above is rather frustrating, the developer of the app is extremely impressive. I reached out with the above complaint and received a response within a day! That says a lot. While that problem remains, I see that there are a lot of other useful features the app has that may outweigh that inconvenience.

I used to fill my Reminders with long lists and get overwhelmed and do nothing. I tried creating a schedule of errands/chores but I usually didn't estimate task completion time very well. I like that this app tells me how long I actually took so I can plan better next time. Also, having a running timer motivates me to focus on and complete the task on hand quickly instead of my old habit of starting a new task halfway through the first one in the interest of "multitasking" and finishing neither. Looking forward to more features; maybe tracking how long it takes you to complete a recurring task over time?

Great time management app! If you are forgetful like me, you will love this app. I can track everything on my phone. It is easy to use and you can even track your tasks and choose the time you want to complete them by. Because you are setting the time for each task you are more motivated and likely to complete them. The app lets you know how much free time you have left after all your tasks are recorded. Easy to use, simple and effective. Would definitely recommend!!

I love this application , very simple and smart at the same time . Since I started using it , I m more aware of my time at work , I feel that it helps me manage my time better and leave the office earlier to do my other tasks , such as exercise , shop or work on my hobbies . I love now that Since I have been including exercise in my task list , i have been more motivated to exercise every day , and I m looking forward to a great summer . Thank you chronability .
