Not to fond of how faulty the app is when it comes to determining when the buses will arrive. Sometimes they come early and sometimes they’ll arrive late and you wouldn’t really know. Customer service is quite rude. Some drivers are sloppy with their driving, speeding through bumps and doing sharp curves. Maybe it’d be better if we could actually track the buses to see where they really are on their transits. Maybe customer service can use a revamp too.

This recent update has been killing my phone battery by ~10% every time I open it. I go from 38% to 20% the other day instantly when I opened this app, and I tried it out his morning with battery at 96% and now I'm down to 85% within 4 minutes of opening this app. I have a good, pretty new iPhone, and I use lots of other apps with location services on constantly, but they don't do near the amount of draining this app does. Needs to be fixed.

So the older version of this app was showing 1 min times for all Free Trolleys, so I knew something was wrong. I decided to update the CAT app only to find that the brilliant developers decided to get rid of future arrival times. This was the feature I used the most (I need this app to get from and to class) and now this application is useless. Oh! It's also incredibly slow and boots up to a random location on the map, not my GPS location. Thanks.
