According to all officials for our agency and consumer care network, the only location tracking authorized is when you clock in and out. It is not authorized to track your phone for the entire visit...so why is it constantly tracking my phone and eating my battery? Why do I have to shut down my phone or power off the entire location services to stop tracking and when I do...why does it automatically end my shift? Hmmmm...only tracking to log in and out? I think not. What else are you tracking without authorization?

I don’t think a company should be able to use my cell phone and data and battery for free no compensation isn’t right and supposedly this tracks my gas mileage and it messes it up constantly shorting my pay check I can’t even use my own phone to make a call in between clients or I get shorted on my pay it also makes mistakes on lockouts doesn’t register them so that’s more loss On my check I constantly have to right my time and mileage down in a tablet so I’m not ripped off by my company so no I don’t like this app it’s so much more extra time stress and work for me

This app is a piece of garbage. It eats your battery, you have to update manually, and it regularly kicks people off but then you can’t re-add yourself without a call to the agency. Also, you’re only supposed to need to enable tracking when clocking in and out, which is absurd by the way, but you have to have location services emailed to access the flipping app. I work for a company that does contract software development and I’ve seen my share of poorly developed software but this is really bad.

This app is so much easier to use than paper. I have been a caregiver for several years and the fact that I can track my time and not have to go to the office on a weekly Basis is amazing. It allows me to communicate with my office and shows me my schedule so I don’t have to write it all down anymore

The new look is much easier to navigate and use. This is a great way to keep staff safe! All states now require caregivers use a system to prove the visit was complete. This is a great tool to meet that need and not act like big brother when you’re off shift. Love this app!
