Even though you have stated that both my previous issues have been fixed promptly, No one even sighted the place and the issue remains unresolved to date. Whom are you trying to impress by putting up misleading updates. Yes, this might not be the platform to report street light issues but as a paying customer I have reported an issue and CEB has received same, so if CEB has the genuine need to serve the public - regardless of how the complaint was received , they should have been up their toes. You may just be the messenger ... then do your job - pass it on ..

List of payments are shown in white and when click on an item, the selected item shows fine. Tab bar icons are not clear When update the NIC, it shows a wrong message, “password updated successfully”

Fill the complaint and press complaint button. It goes to login page without giving any information about logged complaint. At least reference number should be provide. There is no way to verify whether complaint logged correctly.
