Catch - Online Shopping Deals

No other shop can beat COTD!!! This is one my favourite online shops ever. I have been shopping here for years and mostly every week, sometimes three times a week until this COVID-19 came up 😁🤔 The whole family loves COTD, everything we need from birthdays, anniversaries, fathers’ and mothers’ day, Christmas and presents to families and friends etc. etc. are here. We don’t mind spending thousands of money for business we could rely and trust!! No words can describe of how awesome is the customer service plus Australia post as their partner is just amazing for quick deliveries. For years I have been shopping here, I could hardly remember that they gave me headaches. The only problem I would have is when I buy from Marketplace where delivery can take longer but it is always stated in their description. Otherwise, just a very smooth shopping experiences all the time and am always a happy buyer. Easy to contact them when you needed them directly. And also, one the best thing I like is being a CLUB CATCH MEMBER, I can access everything plus free delivery on orders $45 over. They’ll also give you $5 store credit for delayed deliveries. Just awesome! Its worth spending money here. I thank everyone from COTD for taking care of my orders all the time. I just thank you all for making shoppings very easy for me plus your kindness! I have done some serious shopping on catch of the day and never ever have had any problems at all. Fantastic prices and fantastic goods. I recommend catch of the day to every and anybody that values their dollars, because you can do some serious saving! Thank you Catch of the day for making my life so exciting, I check your site everyday! I love you! But on a recent note, omg, I had the worst experience trying to get a repair/exchange/refund for a Dyson Vacuum cleaner that worked for less than 3 months and because I did not keep or send the original box with my return of this item to Hong Kong, they asked me to pay for the return shipping so they could send my faulty Dyson back. It obviously was the dropshippers fault from Hong Kong claiming the return with original box was part of the warranty (don’t worry about the serial number , no, just the outer box??) I ended up claiming my refund through Pay Pal and obviously was treated with respect and honoured with a refund. Had it not been for Pay Pal, I do not believe I would have received anything. I was very disappointed as I have spend probably thousand on COTDmover the years.

I never write reviews, but always the first to read them lol. Very happy customer here. Did almost all of the Christmas shopping on catch last year and always check here for a product before I go out and find it. Always super fast with delivery, as they have their stock on hand, unlike another company that has to wait for them to receive it before it can be sent out to me, sometimes 2 months... A small problem I’ve had with two items they replaced straight away! Couldn’t fault Catch. Also, would highly recommend being a club catch member for the perks, the free postage and it costs next to nothing.

After thinking there wasn’t many shoes in my size I realised that if the shoes sizing zone was not the same as my filter the shoes didn’t appear. For example: I was browsing and found some shoes I liked in my size. I was also getting frustrated that many of the shoes I liked were not in my size so I decided to filter. I selected US 12 (because I know that’s what I am in most brands) and a range of shoes popped up. I looked through and decided on a pair. Sounds all good right? So I went back to general retail therapy browsing, not looking for anything particular so all filters are off and I found a really nice pair of shoes. I checked and you had them in my size. Although these shoes had AU sizing so didn’t pop up when I filtered earlier. Overall Catch is pretty cool, but being able to find what you want easily would make it SO MUCH BETTER.

Don't get me wrong I love shopping on COTD. Have always found the best products for cheapest prices. However, recently I signed up for the club catch deal thinking all my postage will be free as advertised by COTD. But no that's how you're tricked - for example I recently bought few items worth ~$200 dollars and I was slapped with a postage of -$30 and a mere discount of $10 dollars was offered at the end of the purchase. Didnt quite understand how that worked. Feel like I have been lured into this deal with false promises. COTD you need to sort the club catch deal and be honest with your buyers on what it actually does and that the postage is not really free at all!
