CashorTrade Face Value Tickets

I’ve loved and still love this service but the recent app update has made it nearly unusable. Messages don’t show as sent or get sent, push/sms notifications no longer work, screens won’t let you input data etc. I’ve missed out on several deals which is upsetting since I pay for gold membership to get early notifications about new posts. Fix the app quick before your user base gives up on you!!! Summer tour is here and this is going to be a huge problem!!!

Don’t use emoji’s in reviews. A positive review looked like I was questioning a great transaction. Also, with tracking numbers and linking to to the web page to see delivery, you need to reload the app to go back to the front page. Just some minor glitches. Overall this is the best service and should put Ticketmaster, Stubhub, Livenation and all those other scalper enabling corporations to shame Thank you Cash or Trade!!!!!

This app truly deserves 5 Stars, here’s why: it’s the only app of its kind, 100% protection on purchases and sales from scammers, people honor the face value system/movement, you can write user reviews, excellent customer support who actually care and respond quickly, and will even follow up if you forgot to close out a support ticket, and you can create a profile as it can be a social networking platform as well. Totally awesome, bravo!

I love cash or trade, and everything that it stands for. On the computer it is fantastic. On my iPhone, any time I get a post alert (I'm a gold member) I have zero chance of responding to a ticket for sale, because the page just acts like it's loading for 10 minutes. I'm not sure why this is the case, but it pretty much defeats the purpose of having a gold membership. Kind of disappointed. I hope Brando and dusty get it figured out, I would love to change my rating and also remain a gold member. It used to work so well!

An app every live music lover should have. I’ve used this app to buy and sell tickets several times and have never had any issues with the app or the service. Navigation is easy, communication is very good. Friendly and helpful customer service, never a problem with notifications. #embracetheface
