CASHe: Online Instant Loan App

I have recently started using this App and had only made 2 transactions till now. The 1st was of 5k which took 10-15 days to process the amount and on 15day when they called me for documents verification I told them not to process the loan because I have used other lending vendor who are little fast in terms of processing. They still credited the amount and promised me that next transaction will be processed soon. Now last week 28th of June I submitted another transaction of 18k and it is still showing under process. The worst thing about their service is that every time you go for transaction you need to provide documents on an email. I wonder what’s the purpose of uploading the documents in app was when they need documents on an email in every transaction????

When the app launch at App Store I downloaded and I used to enjoy the services from December 2017. However now you guys made the name in the market And you have earned the money so you guys have not valued the old customer. Just remember in the school we used learn moral old is gold. So now you guys have stopped giving loan Due to my low CIBIL score. But you guys never ever thought I was with you Guys for more than two years. Even you guys have made my CIBIL worst due to your mistake as my loan was closed but you never marked as closed. When I opened my CIBIL reports I came to know you have screwed my score due your laziness team haven't updated it CIBIL and other bureaus team.. Thanks to RBI team with the help of them as you updated my score after 1year. I will never ever recommend to any of my friends, family and colleagues to use your service. Infact as you guys says that you have revised your internal credit rating criteria, why people will use your service it's better they will go to Bank and they will apply loan.. now all the Bank they provide Instant loan & pre-approved loan. After all bank doesn't Hack the phone contacts and What's app message and all the personal stuff.. they way you guys do the business.

I am happy with Cashe until the day I had to interact with 2 bad humans(actually should be called as inhumans). I agree collections team will call, follow up and get the payments. But in particular rocky n his lead Satyam were too bad with their interaction. Though the payment was confirmed to be done on the day it was promised, they were dragging calls to an extent, a weak hearted person may die. I’ve interacted with others previously who has been doing their job and also were respectful. But this experience is too bad that I may not look at you in future for my need. 5 star rating is for your assistance all the time for my needs in past. Goodbye Cashe.

First of all... being a financial institution you need to have someone to talk to if there is a problem. Secondly dont give an option for payment that is flawed. My installments have been paid on time every time. In order to preclose the loan I used your UPI transfer option to make the payment that apparently its deducted from my bank account but your representative confirms there is no payment received. The UPI address clearly mentioned in the transaction is the one provided on your App. And just to let you know 18k as an installment is not a small amount. It takes 7 days to receive a response via email from you to confirm this. Extremely disappointed. I was looking forward for future transactions. However with this unpleasant experience. I will be uninstalling this app once this issue is resolved.

Best app for quick and urgent cash. But keep in mind if you don’t pay the amount on time, nor till extended date then you guys have horrible experience. They have so called Legal team where they call us if we don’t respond they call up our contacts and talk wherever they feel is right to them. They behave like the rowdy guys. They don’t have rights to call for our contacts and don’t know who gave them rights to call contacts? So if u are 100 percent sure that u would make payment on time then please take the loan and enjoy. It’s worth of it. If u not sure then don’t get harassed by their so called legal team.
