Yes it works but it just generates a random pic of blue and green which you can vary a little but there isn’t any editing or customisation past random generation.

I was looking for something with a bit more to it, it’s easy enough to create a canvas of a map but I was looking for something where I could add mountains and valleys, deserts and Forrest’s, go pro for £1.99 is a rip off when all it does is change the colour of the map. Pretty poor unfortunately

Cartographer works exactly as advertised, which I can see being very useful as reference/starting point for designing you own world for what ever reason. My issues with this app is there are some really odd over sites. The land masses go all the way to the edge of the map (not a major problem) but they don't line up with the other side of the map or have solid boarders of ocean. So if you want a complete map of your fictitious world you have to export it and edit yourself. Which for me anyways defies the point of using the app. Also you only have the option of the map being rectangle with no option to zoom in. Overall for a free app it's great quite handy but to go pro I believe it to be overpriced.

As opposed to making the map yourself, this app just makes it for you. If that's your thing then 5 stars

The visualiser loads to a blank green field, and adjusting the sea level gives a tiny strip of blue at the right side. Otherwise, all alterations change nothing.
