Cartelle #1 In Women Workouts

Overall I've really liked my experience using the Cartelle app; I just finished Haley Almedia's eight week burn and build and I love how the app and the workout plan walk you through each exercise. Giving it 4 Stars because as others have stated app cannot be closed during your workout without the timer stopping, and I would like to be able to switch up the order of the exercises within a workout without having to "skip ahead". Despite those small things, this is a newer app and its only getting better, I definitely feel like it's worth the money and keeps me on track/accountable at the gym. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a little more guidance in the gym and access to great challenging workouts at a small cost.

This app has completely changed my life. I started a few months ago not knowing where to even start. I didn’t even know what a gym was. I downloaded a few different apps on my phone to see which one was the best fit for me. Not knowing I had to pay for this app, I clicked submit and went along with it. It has completely made a difference on me. It tells you step by step what workouts to do and how much weight to start out with. There are videos of every workout and time limits for resting. It is just like a personal trainer, but virtual. I feel so much more motivated and knowledgeable after using this app the past few months. I love how I can help people and show people the ways from this app. I have seen an absolute huge difference in my body and I would not take the 65 dollars back for one single minute I get in the gym. Every single penny is worth it. Thank you Cartelle!

Before using this app, I didn’t know where to start when I would go to the gym. If anything, I would always stick with the treadmill. I started following Ashley Flores and her workout journey. When I heard she was partnering up with this app, I had to give it a try and she never disappoints! Doing her 12 week program and her 8 week I’ve never felt so sore but proud of how I was able to push myself into a better and healthier lifestyle. This program teaches you the right way to do the workouts. If it’s something that you’ve never done before, the app has videos and audio of how to properly do so. I would definitely recommend this program to any beginners trying to meet their goals. Teaching you from how to properly do workouts to mentally and physically challenging yourself for a better you. This app is literally amazing! I follow Ashley Flores on Instagram and I saw her post about the Cartelle and that is the main reason I signed up! I love her dedication and her drive to get better each day. She is truly one of my inspirations to become better and to never give up! I downloaded the app and I love how it is so easy to use. Any program you choose it shows videos on how to do each exercise the right way! I love how the instructors talk to you during the workout so it is like they are there with you during the workouts! I have been doing Ashley’s program called the 12 week tone up for about 3 weeks now and I am absolutely in love! I have never felt so good and I have way more confidence in myself and at the gym! I love all the gym and at home options. I started using this app while still at the gym and was unsure if I would still find it as challenging with the at home workouts, but I for sure did! I love the countdown on timer exercises and I that you can check mark a completed exercise! Seeing the schedule mark completed or missed workout is awesome helps with accountability! I also like that fact you can reschedule your workouts based one what days you like to workout certain areas of your body. A new trick I found on the app as well is you can increase or decrease weight and number of sets, it definitely an app that works towards one personal goals and abilities!
