The CarePlanner Mobile App gives care workers easy and secure access to the information they need when visiting clients. As a care worker you can: • View your appointment schedule • Access appointment information, including client addresses and entry details • See any additional carers that are assigned to an appointment • Send check-in and check-out notes, or other notes using custom categories • Record appointment information, such as medication administration and tasks completed • View approximate distance and time between appointments • Download and view client Care Plans • View clients’ contact details (e.g. GP, Next of Kin, etc.). Feedback is always welcome, and with the in-app reporting tool this is now easier than ever. This app will not work without a subscription to the CarePlanner system.
