This app is truly community based and the founders are the embodiment of the phrase “put people first”. I have spoken with Arthur, Timur and Ruben either over text, via app, or a zoom call. They all have very real personalities and are so chilled that you almost feel like you’ve always known them. They are also very helpful and super hands on when it comes to interacting with the “newbies” and creating a very harmonic and friendly culture. I am as green as they come when it comes to the tech world and already I feel comfortable knowing that I am learning something knew each day. Joining Career Karma is honestly a win-win situation because this is as free as it comes to be quite honest. Also I’m only on day 3 of my 21 day challenge so I believe that also says a lot about there service.

Very sketchy setup. You’re given vague pieces of information little bits at a time. There’s a module called what is income sharing but you can’t get any details about the program without completing days of check ins. You have to enter your phone number to sign up and a “career coach” starts texting you right away. I don’t know this person and don’t want them texting me. To top it all off there’s no way to delete your profile! So once you’re in you’re in. Also anyone else using the app can message you and you can’t block them. There’s no security. This is something that screams scam and should be steered clear of. Edit: 2 days later and sure enough my email is now getting flooded with SPAM. Steer clear of these frauds. This is nothing more than a marketing info scrape. They’re selling your info to anyone who will buy. This is not a philanthropic effort or a noble cause. It’s free profit for the buzzards behind this app. Edit 2: To top it all off these clowns post fake reviews of their own app! They’re scamming people who don’t know any better. How convenient that within hours of me posting my review saying you can’t block people from messaging you they have a positive review that happens to address the exact same situation. I wish the report app button was still present in the App Store. People need to know about the criminal practices of this developer. Run away! Go join coding communities elsewhere like Udemy and Reddit.

Career karma changed my life! In 21 days I was able to go from no life perspective to a bootcamp and having a community that is supporting me every step of the way. I love how I have a career coach that is a real human not a bot and is making sure I’m taking care and focused on my goals. I also love how I can message anyone in the app and have the option to do not reply if I don’t want talk to because everyone is respectful and is there to learn and take control of your career. Career karma is really a family, and it’s all free. There’s no reason to do not make it when you have a family to truly support you all the way through your journey

I’m so happy I came across this app and decided to give it a shot! I graduated from a traditional college but CK offers something that has no competition and I feel this is the beginning of a new revolution in learning and having your education paid for and not left with endless amounts of debt is a big plus. Not to mention the community of like-minded people you’re surrounded with is also comforting. I want to give a shoutout to the creators of this amazing app…Artur and Timur Meyster as well as Ruben Harris. Thanks for yalls discovery! 👏

So this is Day 3 of the challenge for me and so far I like it. Honestly the first thing I noticed about the entire platform was the social part of it. It sort of integrates social media with habit forming lessons. I think I found a bit of a glitch, when you type certain words such as “blockchain” the lowercase “i” in the word automatically turns into a capital “I”. I really like the accountability feature it sort of makes you think about your habits and how you perform them. Will update as I get further into the challenge.
