Can You Escape The Magic Villa

Pretty short game which is a relief considering how difficult the clues and puzzles are; easy to find what you need, but I struggled to understand how they fit into their requisite spots. Luckily for me, there was a video walk through or else I would have thrown my iPhone against the wall in frustration. Overall , great way to kill half an hour of empty time. I normally play hidden object games, so in that regard this fell very short. In a word, meh.

Decent game, but when you stop playing you can’t pick up again from where you left off. You have to start the whole thing over.

Pretty scenes and I love that it's a continual process through the game and that you can walk back to previous areas. But it seems pretty basic compared to most escape games. You cannot zoom in and you only view room from one perspective. No point of view changes. Finally, the reason I have it two stars: it does not save your progress!! Frustrating.

It could be fun, but simple levels with few items to collect lead to ads before you go to next room, so it feels like more ads than game. Items collected randomly disappear, so you can't complete the game. Sometimes items won't move or be collected. They stand out, so it's obvious you need to collect them. You have to keep restarting until you delete the game because it's not worth it.
