I just downloaded this app and it doesn’t work. I am immediately logged out with the message: “Session Expired.” Once I do get into the site, my loan info is not listed, but my profile and messages come up, but then immediately another message pops up that says: “An unauthorized request was made to the server. Try logging out and logging back in again.” I have tried this several times and the app still kicks me out without allowing me to do anything. I would love to be able to utilize this app when making monthly payments, checking loan balance, etc. I also searched for a way to contact Caliber support for this app issue as the website works fine. Couldn’t find an easy way to get assistance. Not impressed.

I like the way the old page worked. Everything across the board and easy to find. I’m still not happy about wanting to charge me to give you extra money on my loan. Before it was a couple of clicks away and the additional payment was there. I still can’t see how opening my envelope, entering my additional payment amount, processing the check is worth it. I’m not paying for the additional fee to give you more money then I am supposed to do. You would think a mortgage company would want that cash as fast as they could get it and not want to gouge a loyal customer. Because of that I would not recommend Caliber and I have had 2 daughters recently buy homes.

It’s very sad to see an app that barely works. Login is painful from the website as well as in the app! And once I am finally logged in, the first thing I saw was the alert with “something went wrong”. No matter what I do, the alert just keeps popping up when I try to see my loan information (isn’t what this app is supposed to do?) I as an app developer would be so bothered to ship an app that does not work. Where is the QA before the app is delivered?

I read all the reviews and was leery about using their app. However, I decided to give it a try and I’m happy to say that it works great without and glitches or confusion. They must have listened to the complaints and fixed all the issues that others were having.

Can’t make an additional payment from the app. Seems consistent that there are features but they don’t work. Could be useful but unfortunately the only value I get out of it is payment confirmations. Tried emailing them from the email they posted in response to other reviews and got and email back: The group mobile only accepts messages from people in its organization or on its allowed senders list, and your email address isn't on the list.
