Pretty useless It kind of works sometimes over WiFi but as yet I’ve never managed to make or receive a call using mobile data using 3/4g which was the main reason I had the Bt cloud voice system installed, and the previous reviews are correct that Bt are fully aware of this issue and have been for some time, your Bt local business representative won’t tell you that. All in all dealing with Bt has been a painful experience from the start, and don’t think by choosing the Bt cloud voice system you will receive any sort of customer care or transparency you won’t! It’s a sub standard system sold by representatives who don’t understand how it works and its limitations, which you will find out only when you speak to the Bt cloud voice tech centre after its been installed and they’ve signed you up for 3 years. All in all rubbish I should have known better!

We’ve had BT Cloud VOIP for a few years now and it’s pretty much done its job. I spend a lot of time out of the country so I recently upgraded our system (at a not insignificant cost) so I could use this app to send and receive calls on the office system from my mobile when I’m away. To be fair, it did work most of the time for a few months, but the latest update has rendered it totally useless... a bit like BT itself I suppose. I’m absolutely furious that I’m paying for this crap. Like every other “service” BT offers - it’s all done on the cheap to maximise profits and no-one in the organisation gives a hoot about the customer. It’s about time BT was broken up and it’s constituents handed over to companies who are at least capable of providing systems that actually work and who understand how to treat their customers.

Purchased a new office phone system based on the review of the app by the salesman. What he did not tell me was the app does not work on every level. It’s a complete joke!! How BT can just front it out with this product is just unbelievable. Help line useless and just admit that it does not work. Their arrogance towards this non functional app is appalling. As a BT share holder it explains why the company underperforms. Only reason I’ve given it one star is that zero is not an option.

This app is very poor and not fit for purpose it does not switch between wifi and 3/4g unless you restart the app, the app will not receive calls when the phone goes to sleep not that you can hear it very well because it only works through the notification centre which you can't adjust the volume very high on for a large company (BT) this is very poor. Come on BT let's have the update you keep talking about

Always happy with the previous version but this is rubbish. Previously the app had a different ringtone than your normal iPhone ringtone. But on this version it rings with an identical tone to a standard incoming mobile call and this cannot be amended. This means that you can’t hear if it is a personal mobile call or an incoming company call to your extension. Also swiping up on the app to close it doesn’t seem to stop it. It still rings! You need to sign out whilst the app is running or it will go on for ever. I have also had instances where the calls have been dropped whilst in progress whereas the previous version was reliable. All in all a retrograde step.
